This web site advertises houses for sale and rent. We make no representations of the properties on this site. You as a buyer must inspect the property and decide yourself if it meets your needs. You will need to hire people to appraise, insure, inspect, guarantee title or write a sales contract for you if you are not sure of your own abilities to do that. We operate much like a newspaper to advertise your house. We do not list properties in the same way as a Realtor lists properties. Any contracts will be between you and a purchaser or seller. We reserve the right to refuse service to any one who doesn't send a photo or that we suspect of not being truthful, or who is demanding or rude. Some ads will be posted even if there is no photo available on a case by case basis.
